To get started get out the toy box and start digging for toy brands that we buy.

We are constantly evaluating new brands to buy, so be sure to check back as we expand our service.

 

Once you have your unwanted toys gathered up, check that they meet our Acceptance Guidelines and put them to one side for valuation.

Valuation

Once your toys are gathered up, navigate to each of our brand specific page and select the product that best fits what you have to sell.

 

Then either weigh or count your product depending on what the type of product is. 

 

From here our site will give you a FREE and instant valuation that we would pay for your unwanted toys.

 

Keep adding as many different brands as you have to your checkout box. This will calculate your final total that you can expect to receive if all the products meet the Acceptance Guidelines. 

 

Please Note: At this point all items are still subject to our check-in process.

Shipping

Once you have all your items into your virtual checkout box, it’s time to pack your actual box ready for shipping!

 

Please follow our Packaging Guidelines to ensure your items reach us safely.

 

Once you have submitted your trade-in at our checkout page you will be given a FREE  shipping label. You’ll also be emailed a copy of your trade-in for your reference.

 

Then print this label and attach it to your box and then drop your package off at a UPS drop off point, find your nearest one here

 

When we receive your items they will go through a check-in process which checks the items sent in against our Acceptance Guidelines. We will also confirm the quantity / weight received is accurate.

Payment

Once your item passes our simple check-in process we are able to come to a final valuation for your items. We aim to check-in your items within 2 business days of receiving them. 

 

If the final valuation is equal to or more than your initial online valuation we will process your payment immediately via your chosen method.

 

If the final valuation is less than your initial online valuation, we will send you an email to inform you of our final valuation. You can then choose to accept or reject this.

If you accept it we will process payment within 2 business days via your chosen method. If you reject it, we will return your items to you within 10 business days for FREE  via a courier.
