Simple guide to selling your unwanted toys quick and easy
Overview
Our simple online tool gives you a fast and accurate valuation for your items based on the weight or quantity that you have.
Before sending your toys to us please make sure that they meet our Acceptance Guidelines shown below. If your items meet these guidelines we will be able to pay the full valuation given online.
Failure to meet our Acceptance Guidelines may mean we have offer an adjusted valuation upon review of your items.
When we offer an adjusted valuation we give you the option to have it returned to you at no extra cost.
General Condition - All Products
We only accept unwanted toys that are in good working order. The following guidelines highlight any general defects that we would not accept. As well as the general guidelines please check the brand specific guidelines for more information on what we do and do not accept for each brand.
- Damage that greatly effects the look or functionality
- Fire and/or Smoke Damage
- Staining and Discolouration
- Water, Damp and/or Mould Damage
- Strong Odours (such as Cigarette Smoke etc)
- Excessive Dirt
Responsible Recycling
At Toy-Exchange.co.uk we practice a responsible recycling policy. Where possible we always try to use as much of the toy as possible to refurbish other toys, however inevitably we will acquire unwanted toys and parts which we cannot use. We will ensure any unused items are disposed of in an environmental safe way.

LEGO® Acceptance Guidelines
Toy-Exchange.co.uk will not accept any items with the following defects:
- Damage that greatly effects the look or functionality
- Excessive dirt or damage
- Fire and/or smoke damage
- Staining and discolouration
- Water, damp or mould damage
- Strong odours such as cigarette smoke
- Counterfeit items
We inspect all items upon receiving them. Any items that do not meet our acceptance guidelines will not be valued. Our advertised prices are for items that fully comply with our acceptance criteria. Our LEGO set trade in app offers dynamic pricing based on the options you select. Trades are checked on receipt against information entered. Please ensure you enter the correct information to avoid any offer revision. For sets that are less than 95% complete your trade will be referred to our bulk mixed Lego trade by weight page.

Items should be clean and in good condition
Cables, controllers and accessories must be official and not third party brands.
Games should not be excessively scratched or damaged
Boxes, instructions and cases are not required, however will be valued accordingly when boxed/loose
